There is a choice of 2 and 3 bedroom apartments: ground floor with covered terrace and private garden, first floor with spacious terrace, and split level penthouses on the second and third floors.

Mezquida Puerto Building Characteristics

1.- Foundations & Structure: Garage walls, structural pillars and horizontal platforms in reinforced concrete.

2.- External Walls : 11 cm hollow brick walls, with cavity insulated with expanded polystyrene. Internal wall in 7 cm, hollow brick.

3.- Internal walls: Partition walls in double 11 cm hollow with expanded polystyrene as acoustic insulation. Separating walls with communal areas in 12cm. solid brick + 7 cm brick. All internal partition walls in 7cm hollow brick.

4.- Façades: Exterior render in double cement mortar finished in water resistant paint.

5.- Roofing: Inclined roof to be insulated and waterproofed, and finished in Arabic roof tiles. Flat roof with polystyrene insulation, two layer asphalt waterproof sheeting and finished in anti-skid outdoor tiles.

6.- Flooring: In communal areas, main entrance and stairs, apartment interiors to be finished in polished ivory-cream marble (or similar). Utility/laundry areas and external terraces in 1st quality tiles. Treads in duplex apartments in wood.

7.- Bathroom and kitchen tiles: In bathrooms/showerooms walls in solid marble. Kitchens finished in 1st quality tiles. Work tops in Spanish granite.

8.- Internal finish: False ceilings in bathrooms, kitchens and hallways. Internal finish in soft light colours.

9.- Exterior carpentry: Lacquered aluminium windows and balcony doors with sliding or folding panels. Aluminium slat blinds with insulation in lounge and bedrooms.

10.- Interior carpentry: Reinforced entrance door with safety lock and lever-proof hinges. Interior doors in oak panels. Built-in wardrobes with plating on doors to match with internal upper shelf and clothes hanging bar.

11.- Glazing: Climalit 4+6+6 vacum double glazing for external carpentry. Internal glass doors in 4mm glass.

12.- Kitchen: Upper units on one side and lower units on both sides of kitchen made by “Fagor” with granite worktop. To be equipped with gas hob, built-in electric oven and extractor fan.

13.- Bathroom and toilet fittings: Manufactured by “Roca”models Giralda and Meridian in white. Fitted sink into marble plynth or pedestal sink model Meridian as per plans. Single lever tapware by Roca model “Logica”

14.- Installations:

  • Plumbing: Entire pipe network in copper with individual cut-off points. Drainage system in PVC. Combination boiler for hot water and heating.
  • Electricity: Independant circuit for pre-instalation for a/c. All mechanisms fitted with Simon 75 (or similar) fittings.
  • Telecomunications: 3 television and telephone points in each apartment. Satellite dish and UHF-TV communal antena.
  • Gas: Mains sub-terrane community gas tank.
  • Heating: Hot water underfloor heating.
  • Preinstallation of air conditioning: For “Multisplit” installation in bedrooms and lounge. Exterior and interior wall unit are not included.
  • Elevator: Automatic doors in elevators and on each floor.
  • Communal areas: Decorated entrances with smooth plastic paint and false ceilings with coving. Private interior development with gardens and pools (for children and adults). Decorative illumination of the residential development.
