Not just an estate agent

Yes, Calablanca is an estate and property management agent but more than that, we love what we do! We opened over 20 years ago and have grown over the years to a small team of 10 providing assistance in finding many hundreds of buyers a home on the Costa Blanca.

Sales

With our office in Javea, the majority of the properties we sell are in Javea naturally, but we also have many buyers who have bought through us in other areas such as Denia, Moraira, Benitachell, Benissa, Calpe, Altea and inland in the valleys of Jalon and Orba.

Construction and refurbishment

Carlos Silva heads this department with over 200 new projects under his belt. Alternatively and increasingly common are people who buy an older home planning to renovate to their own taste. For those who want to build their own house or refurbish an existing property, he is the man to talk to!

Aftersales

We pride ourselves on our aftersales service and our team is always on hand to give our purchasers as much help as they need to settle into their new home.

Management

For peace of mind for we also provide a full management service for owners who don´t live in Javea all year round and who need someone to keep an eye on their property and provide other services such as:

·  Cleaning and laundry

·  General maintenance and odd jobs

·  Electricity, plumbing and building

·  Gardening (including garden clearance)

·  Pool maintenance

·  Insurance quotations and claims

·  Dealing with companies in Spanish on your behalf

This department is headed by the efficient Esther Salvá who speaks Spanish, English, French and (a little) German.
