This is not simply a house to rent. It is a much-loved home, and the owners are looking for a very special couple to enjoy it and look after it as their own for a six-seven month period.

The house is beautifully presented, peaceful and welcoming, with the kind of atmosphere that makes you feel at home the moment you walk through the door. It would be particularly suited to a responsible, respectful and considerate couple who appreciate a beautiful home and will take pride in keeping it in wonderful condition.

For this reason, the owners have decided to offer the property at a reduced rental price, for the right people rather than simply filling the property.

The ideal tenants will be:

• Non-smokers

• No pets

• Respectful of the house, its contents and the surrounding area

• Looking for a peaceful temporary home in Jávea

• People who will treat the property with the same care and respect as they would their own home

The rental

The rental price has been deliberately reduced for this six-month period in consideration of finding tenants who are a particularly good fit for the property.

The tenants will be responsible for the property’s normal running costs, including:

• Water

• Gas

• Internet

• Rubbish collection tax
